Terms & Conditions — j7774 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j7774 ("j7774", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j7774 platform available at j7774.io, including all associated products such as the sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and wallet services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the j7774 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. 1 Definitions

3 Eligibility

j7774 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the requested timeframe may be restricted or closed.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access j7774 products, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on j7774. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a form of fraud. j7774 may use technical means to detect and action duplicate accounts at its sole discretion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your j7774 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP code with any third party. j7774 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. 4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j7774 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in BDT. j7774 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and account verification tier. j7774 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfer methods. j7774 reserves the right to conduct additional security or KYC checks before approving any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

5.4 Withdrawal to Same Method

As a general principle, j7774 will return funds to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative verified payment method may be used at j7774's discretion.

5.5 Fees

j7774 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which j7774 accepts no responsibility.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria attached to each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Players making qualifying deposits from verified accounts.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain locked in the Bonus Balance until the full wagering requirement has been completed.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

j7774 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, j7774 may void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

6.4 Promotion Changes

j7774 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a technical error affecting a bonus award, j7774 may correct or reverse the bonus credit at its discretion.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the j7774 sportsbook are final once confirmed. j7774 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player, including bets on incorrect markets, incorrect amounts, or incorrect selections. Players are advised to review all bet details carefully before confirming.

7.2 Odds and Markets

j7774 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events, at its sole discretion. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are locked for that bet.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by j7774 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond 24 hours, manifest pricing errors, incomplete events, and force majeure events. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Real Money Balance.

7.4 Maximum Payout

j7774 applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market prior to bet placement. Winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout will be capped at that limit regardless of the calculated return.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on j7774 — including live dealer games, slots, and crash titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) or are provided by licensed studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. j7774 acts as a reseller of these game products and is not the developer or certifying body.

9 Prohibited Conduct

14 Amendments

j7774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j7774 platform shall first be referred to j7774's customer support team for informal resolution. j7774 aims to resolve all player complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process described in the j7774 Player Dispute Policy.
